Nebbiolo d’Alba

Description

Wine with an inpeccable deep garnet red colour, the scent mixes the fruity hints of raspberry and wild strawberry with those highlighted spicy hints of cinnamon and vanilla, the taste, totally dry, avails of a firm structure, where alcohol, acidity and extract try to create harmonious and elegant sensations.

History

Nebbiolo, or “the variety of the mist” for its so long growing season ripinig the grape bunches when the back hills are surrounded  by fall foggy  banks, arises in this wine all its prestigious and blazons characters, even if, overall for the left zone of the Tanaro river, has been the last one to abandon the” slightly sweet” type in order to become a totally dry wine.

  • Parings: Strictly tied to the most important  piedmontese dishes  for its unique refinement and elegance can lead  the Elite of the International Cuisine
