Barbera del Monferrato La Sbarbina

Description

Wine with a lively ruby red coluor, vinous, fresh- fruity  hints, slightly sweet, natural liveliness given from light fermentation in pressurised tank.

History

For many  years the vintage and the young Barbera was the everyday ‘s wine. Its little and natural bubbles contained in its liveliness were  sign of a good vintage, in which  a good ripening and a remarkable sugar content, didnt’ ran out completely during the fall fermentation. During next spring re-fermenting gave origin to a natural liveliness.
