ROSÈ WINE BOCCA DI ROSE

Description

Wine obtained from red berries grapes’ blend produced in our vineyards (Nebbiolo, Barbera, Bonarda) partly vinified in white and at low temperature. The skin contact is for a few hours so the colour and tannins’ extraction occurs in reduced form.

History

The Rosé is a wine that in recent years in Italy is taking a slice of fans and consumers, although it is often still disparaged and undervalued because seen as an in- between white wine and red wine but the new trends, especially among young people, are overturning this concept, giving ever greater esteem to this, so fascinating, wine.
