The term \u201cdolcetto\u201d does not refer to the organoleptic properties of the homonym wine, as to the grapes, whose berries are indeed low-acid and very sweet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #c4095a;\">History<\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>On the Monferrato hills there is a black fruit grape variety which for ages shares people\u2019s fortunes and myseries standing by all those faithful \u00a0people who wished to devote some attention to the land: this variety is the Dolcetto.
