Langhe Favorita

Description

A pale straw-yellow colour  wine, dry with a light acidity which enhances its elegance, lingering bitter on finish.

Hystory

His story is elevating. Coming from Ligurian lands, the Favorita has found his land of choice, among the melted  and sun-drenched  Roerian sorì, the only ones able to hold back the vegetative vigour and to lead to a complete ripening of his golden bunch. Some authoritative books of cellar quote  the Favorita from 1676 with  purity wine-making.
